Education is the foundation of modernity in many ways and is crucial to the development of renewable technology, application, and integration. Throughout each year Century Solar Supply will be offering trainings on a variety of pertinent information in the renewable energy industry.

With a dedicated training classroom and mock roof for hands on product training at our store location, Century Solar Supply is committed to providing critical product and technical training from the leading manufacturers in the industry. Whether you need an OSHA class, roofing safety practices, NABCEP credits, or want to learn about a product from an expert.

Upcoming Training
 
Entry Level Photovoltaic Installer Training
 

A comprehensive 13 week course designed to provide the classroom instruction and hands on experience needed to become a solar electric installer. At the completion of the course students will receive a Certificate of Employability and an OSHA 10 certification. 

The course also provides the opportunity for qualifying students to interview for a paid internship with a Solar PV installation company for up to six weeks.
 

Students will be eligible to sit for the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Entry Level Exam – a solar industry certificate exemplifying competence in industry practices
This course and the NABCEP Entry Level Exam are available to qualifying students at no cost. This opportunity is made possible by a NYSERDA grant awarded to Questar III BOCES.
